Mr. Stevenson has a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams from vision to innovation to proven advanced energy and water technology systems. He has been involved in designing and building multiple complex projects, product & systems development and business initiatives.
Jose L. Hernandez
Mr. Hernandez is the Chief Operating Officer and Co- Founder of D&B Advance Science Technology. With over 16 years’ experience on the Oil and Gas industry, his experience has included work for such companies as Schlumberger, PJF Fabrication, Nabors Drilling, Shell and Valero. For the last 2 Years Mr. Hernandez has been a founder/officer of his own company, D&B Advance Science Technology, fabricating and designing equipment for Oil Remediation and Oil Recovery along with power plants and energy production.
Warren M. Dillard
Mr. Dillard has been a senior executive and board member active in financial management for over 40 years. Following graduation from Texas A & M University (BBA) and Harvard Business School (MBA) and service in the U.S. Army, he managed mutual funds and vast real estate portfolios. Mr. Dillard has held executive operating responsibility in a number of positions in education, real estate, oil and gas and technology industries, in both private and publicly traded companies. He has proven capabilities in company building and financial management for emerging growth companies.

Mr. Mendizabal has specialized in the areas of Strategic planning, business development and project development. In particular, he has specialized in planning, developing and executing strategic projects at the municipal, state and Regional levels. He also participated in the design and Implementation of federal dependencies, in private initiative and in the field of civil society organizations. In recent years he focused on local and regional infrastructure development, on the migratory phenomenon towards the United States of America and in the Mexican States. Mr. Mendizabal holds a degree in administration, with doctoral studies in business management.
